1) Must reside in one of following states :

Kentucky,Louisiana,Maine,Michigan,Minnesota,Mississippi,Missouri,Montana,Nevada,New Jersey,North Carolina,
Ohio,Oklahoma,Pennsylvania,Rhode Island,South Carolina,Tennessee, Virginia,West Virginia and Wisconsin.
2) Married couple,co-hab and single woman over age of 23 with income(combined if married or co-hab) of
over $40,000.
3)Possess valid driver's license or form of legal photo id and a major credit card or debit card with Visa
or Mastercard logo.
4)If married or co-hab both parties must attend the 90-120 minute sales presentation.
